I am a counseling psychology doctoral student at the University of Central Arkansas. Although I have worked mostly with adults thus far in my career, my main interest is working with adolescents and young adults. I have been trained in individual and group counseling, career assessments/counseling, and personality assessments. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral interventions as well as a person-centered approach in counseling.
