Originally started during the pandemic, our group has fostered insightful conversations and a strong sense of camaraderie ever since. We choose books available on Audible, and there’s no pressure to finish them—our focus is on discussion and shared learning.

Arkansas Families First is a multidisciplinary behavioral health care group that offers a variety of health services for children, teens and families in Central Arkansas.
