Parenting with Purpose: A Skills-Based Series for Raising Emotionally Healthy Children

🧭 Program Overview

Parenting with Purpose is a 6-part, skills-based workshop series designed for caregivers of children and adolescents who are navigating emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.

This series integrates principles from evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Parent Management Training, to equip caregivers with practical tools, a deeper understanding, and a supportive community.

Participants will gain insight into their child’s emotional world while learning how to teach needed skills, set appropriate limits, and respond with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

This is an educational and supportive experience (not therapy) designed to empower caregivers with tools they can apply immediately at home.
