I am a licensed professional counselor in North Little Rock.  I work with adolescents and adults utilizing individual and family therapy.  I also work with couples to help improve relationship problems and difficulties.  My approach to therapy is from a family systems perspective,  but I also use Cognitive Behavioral and Emotionally-focused therapy strategies as a part of the therapeutic process.
