Jenny Duke is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) specializing in early childhood trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression with ages 5-18. She is also trained in helping couples and families navigate changes and problems that arise such as; blended families, divorce, custody, abuse, and grief.

Jenny’s Bio: 

I have spent over 10 years working in the coordinated response to child abuse with Child Advocacy Centers. I believe that family collaboration is important in treating and recovering from trauma. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy (TF-CBT) and crisis case management. I like to incorporate my training as a yoga/fitness instructor including relaxation and mindfulness techniques in my sessions. I have experience in developing and leading teen support groups for at-risk girls {ages 15-18}. While I have a lot of experience with child maltreatment I also have worked with couples and families overcoming some very distressing events to help them find stability. I use techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman model for couples. I am seasoned in testifying in court regarding child maltreatment and custody issues.
