Ms. Christie is a licensed certified social worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples. She enjoys helping people grow and thrive, assisting them in improving their relationships with others, increasing their self-esteem, and helping them learn how to heal from difficult life situations. Christina Christie enjoys collaboratively helping people learn how to use their voice in treatment so they get better faster and thrive. She uses evidence-based approaches to treat trauma in every age group such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. For depression and anxiety, Christie utilizes evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, and mindfulness-based approaches.
